Ms. Peng Weihong, Deputy General Manager, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, born in 1974, Master of EMBA of Hunan University. Since January 2000, she has served as Engineer, Supervisor of Process Section, Deputy Manager of Manufacturing Department, Manager of Manufacturing Department, Manufacturing Director and Deputy General Manager of CPCA as well as Director of Technical Center, Vice Chairman of CPCA Science and Technology Committee and Vice Chairman of Standardization Committee. Since August 2010, she has served as the Deputy General Manager of the Company.

Mr. Jiang Shuguang, Deputy General Manager, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, born in 1967, Master of EMBA of Dongbei University of Finance & Economics. Since March 2008, he has served as the Executive Director and General Manager of Dalian SUNTAK Technology; since August 2010, he has served as the Deputy General Manager of the Company.

Mr. Zhao Jinqiu, Chief Financial Officer, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, born in 1972, bachelor degree in accounting, senior accountant. Since November 2005, he has served as Deputy Manager, Manager and Senior Manager of the Company's Financial Department and Chief Financial Officer of Shenzhen SUNTAK. Since August 2018, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
