He founded the Company in 1995 and has served as its Chairman since August 2010.

Ms. Zhu Xuehua, Chinese nationality, no right of permanent residence abroad, born in 1969, EMBA Master of Nankai University. She has served as a Director of the Company since August 2010.

Mr. Yu Zhong, Chinese nationality, no right of permanent residence abroad, born in 1974, senior economist, EMBA Master of Xiamen University. He has served as a Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company since August 2010 and a Deputy General Manager of the Company since November 2016.

Ms. Peng weihong, Chinese nationality, no overseas permanent residence, born in 1974, senior engineer, EMBA master of hunan university, and vice President of CPCA science and technology committee.Joined the company in 2000, served as director of technical center, deputy general manager and other positions.

Ms. Zhong Mingxia, Chinese nationality, no right of permanent residence abroad, born in 1964, PhD in Economic Law from Renmin University of China. Visiting Scholar of University of Central Lancashire, UK and University of Toronto, Canada. From 1990 to 1993, she worked in the Law Department of Sun Yat-Sen University; since 1994, she has been working in the Law School of Shenzhen University and has been a professor since 2003. Since October 2018, she has served as a Director of the Company.

Mr. Zhou junxiang, Chinese nationality, no overseas permanent residence right, born in 1965, master of economics, Chinese academy of financial sciences, ministry of finance, certified public accountant of China.He is currently a partner of cpas (special general partnership).

Chinese nationality, no right of permanent residence abroad, born in 1970, PhD of engineering in micro-electronics of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Since 2010, he has served as a Professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China; since 2011, he has served as the Doctoral Supervisor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China; since 2012, he has served as a Director of Sichuan and Chengdu Power Electronics Association. Since November 2016, he has served as an Independent Director of the Company.
